America's Next Trans Model

Speaking of models, Salon's Broadsheet pointed me to the fact that the next line-up of America's Next Top Model competitors will include a transwoman, Isis, who is, in her own words, "a woman born physically male."

GLAAD is glad. And will Isis be a role model?

"I like to help people, but I'm here to follow my dreams," she told Us Magazine. Well, she's just as good at being a bimbo as the rest of them are.

So. Is this like the Olympics, where people "born physically male" should be kept out of a female competition? Or does it not matter what organs they have underneath, since the fashion industry is all about how you look?
